Veronica is a passionate and highly empathetic executive coach and leadership consultant with a 20+ year career spent mostly within the FMCG sector. She brings to her practice a unique combination of leadership experience having held senior director roles in Finance, Transformation and HR within blue-chip organisations like PwC, Mondelez and Coty. Since qualifying as a coach in January 2016, Veronica has combined her leadership roles with coaching both internal leaders as well as external clients.
