Originally from Brazil, Rodrigo has a bachelor's degree in psychology, and a master's in Business from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He has worked in Budapest, Brussels, and Amsterdam and is currently based in Mexico, where he leads Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Latin America at Uber. He previously led DEI in Europe, the Middle East & Africa.
His background in DEI includes the following:

- Building and rolling out strategies that are achievable yet challenging and that adapt to complex business structures;
- Partnering and coaching HR and business leaders to create inclusive culture & processes.
