Originally from Brazil, Rodrigo has a bachelor's degree in psychology, and a master's in Business from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He has lived & worked in Hungary, Belgium, Netherlands and Mexico, and is now a digital nomad, bopping between South America and Southeast Asia. 

With a background in recruiting and DEI, Rodrigo has held different roles in different industries, including leading DEI for a tech mobility and ride share company in Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Latin America. He is also an Executive Committee Member for the European Women on Boards (EWOB).

His background in DEI includes the following:

• A mix of strategy and operations; 
• Building and rolling out strategies that are achievable yet challenging and that adapt to complex business structures; 
• Partnering and coaching HR and business leaders to create inclusive culture & processes;
• Creating projects and training that are glocal, reflecting both local and global considerations in the different aspects of DEI (gender, culture, race, disability, etc.).
