For the past year and a half, Firefly Inclusion Solutions has been working with Prosus to extend a suite of DEI programing and services to the top 300 leaders across the 30+ group companies and leaders across the world.

RESULTS

In 2019, Prosus Group was looking to partner with a DEI practitioner that could facilitate learning effectively for diverse audiences in a culturally appropriate way. Prior to connecting with Firefly Inclusion Solutions, the group had experienced three failed programs on diversity and inclusion.

I was particularly impressed by Firefly’s capability to transform everything in a live digital format. We have now a set of meaningful interventions that we can deploy across the group in all our geographic locations without having to jump on planes to make it happen.
