Firefly successfully delivered a multi-part experiential learning that empowered and activated the Pixar People towards driving inclusion within their organization. The Firefly team in now collaborating with the People + Culture and Inclusion + Outreach teams to drive further learning and interventions with executive leaders and studio team members.

The Firefly team's approach to delivering a multi-part training session for our People team exceeded my expectations. The facilitators created a safe and engaging environment that provoked deep insights about how power dynamics at our company impact us regularly and what we, as a People Team, can do to create real and lasting change to mitigate structural bias.
The time Firefly took to design the curriculum, so it was relevant to our work environment definitely paid off in terms of engagement with and impact of the program. The facilitators met people where they are, and ignited lively, honest and vulnerable conversations, with a side benefit of deepening our team's connection and psychological safety. There was a nice blend of interactive learning, e.g. breakout groups, whole group discussions, activities, and mini lectures, e.g. history of racism, that packed a powerful punch.
