As a result, the “Inclusive Leadership at On” program was designed and delivered across the organization to its various locations around the world. To date more than 60% of people leaders have completed this program.

In 2021, On Running partnered with Firefly to discover, co-create and deliver a “Inclusive Leadership @ On” an introductory program on the topic of diversity, equity and inclusion as a part of the Sparks for Leaders programs.
