She also facilitates programs that promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion aimed at increasing psychological safety and at creating cultures that appreciate everyone’s unique contributions.

She studied Physics in her first youth and recently earned her Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology. She is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Catalan. Though she resides in Madrid, she works globally.
