Jackie Rodriguez is the Operations Director, and show runner at Firefly. She has over 4 years of experience helping businesses grow through fresh marketing campaigns, strategic brand management, and project coordination. Her passion for creativity in combination with her empathic nature drives her enthusiasm in helping and collaborating with others to physically realize big ideas. She prides herself on her innovative approaches to problem solving and adaptability.

She comes with in-house experience at a nationally recognized brand and agency experience helping businesses in San Diego grow. She holds an AA in business administration from Palomar College and a BS in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University. In her free time you can find Jackie training to become a fine artist painter, photographing on film, or hanging out with her loved ones.
