RESULTS

In 2021, Greenbacker Group joined forces with Firefly, utilizing the Embedded Partner model. Together, we embarked on a journey to uncover, define, and communicate their organizational culture and values. Our collaboration also involved crafting a comprehensive DEI strategy and roadmap, along with delivering executive leadership programs aimed at inspiring and empowering leaders to champion cross-cultural diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization.

Partnering with Firefly was one of the most impactful things we could have done for Greenbacker. At the start of our partnership, Greenbacker was doubling in size with the intention of considering diversity, equity and inclusion in our growth process. Firefly supported our teams and executives to explore and articulatewhat we value most and where we want to see ourselves in the long term. With this approach we were able to define the values of our company. We have commitments supported by leaders to make sure we are focusing on improvements based on our values and we also included them in our performance reviews and in our hiring process.
